Orange Alley

Each student apartment has four private bedrooms and bathrooms, a big closet, a door to the deck or patio, and a locking door to the common area of the apartment. The common area is large, with a complete modern kitchen, plus dining area and living room. Each apartment is approximately 1,200 square feet. Owner pays water/sewer, groundwork, plus maintenance and trash collection. The tenants are responsible for electric heating, cable, and internet. The maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room (8 persons total per apartment). The apartments are unfurnished and a non-smoking property.
